What will you do…

  • Show first class customer experience to all customers.
  • Answer customer queries for all our gaming services, via email, chat and telephone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the technical department to solve customer problems, improve systems and processes.
  • Work closely with the Payments and Fraud team to resolve customer related issues.
  • Build and share your expertise on our sportsbook and casino brands and services, provide information to our customers on new offers, services and campaigns and help build customer loyalty.
  • Able to work flexible hours (weekends and evening shifts).

What we need from you…

  • Fluency in native-level German, both written and spoken. Excellent command of the English language and communication skills.
  • Experience in high volume customer service skills, ability to multi-task.
  • Experience in customer service / call centre environment, ideally in the remote gaming industry.
  • Willingness to learn, grow in the gaming industry, and contribute with ideas to make continuous improvements.

Compliance Manager

What will you do…

  • Responsible for the effective and efficient management of the compliance activities within the company
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislations and regulations in all jurisdictions in which the business holds licences
  • Responsible for licencing renewals and potential new license applications

What will you do…

As Bookmaker, you will be a part of our Sportsbook Department in Malta! This department is responsible for the preparation, monitoring and risk management of our sports betting operation. You will use your excellent knowledge of the betting and sports, your analytical skills and your team player skills in a new and vibrant working environment with a great team!

  • Monitor pre-match and live odds of the offered content
  • Observe odds market movements and react accordingly
  • Compare odds against market competitors
  • Price events in a timely manner
  • Manage and monitor risk of worldwide sporting events
  • Ensure that markets are resulted correctly and in a timely manner
  • Assist the customer support team with your sports betting knowledge and answering our operator queries

What we need from you…

  • Minimum of 3-years’ experience in sports betting/trading environment

Business Analyst

United Game Tech is looking for a Business Analyst within the Engineering department, who will be responsible for analysing, assessing and scoping business requirements, processes, system enhancements and innovative solutions for the company’s current and new iGaming markets.

What will you do…

  • Gather and analyse the high-level requirements from the key stakeholders of the company.
  • Discuss and document the detailed-level requirements with the architects, analysts, developers and project managers to assess the complexity, feasibility, resource needs and delivery timelines.
  • Communicate and finalise the detailed-level requirements with the product owners, program managers, project managers and key stakeholders of the company to define the scope of the solution.
  • Document the business processes and use cases of the company’s product line.
  • Recommend optimisations and improvements to the organisation’s current business processes.
  • Act as the liaison between the Engineering department and the rest of the organisation.
  • Help in the resolution of conflicts to ensure the solution satisfies the expectations of the key stakeholders and product owners.
  • Ensure that the current and proposed solutions comply with the risk, security, regulatory compliance and operational requirements by liaising with the respective experts or assigned officers.

What we need from you…

  • A minimum of 4 years experience as a business analyst or similar role.
  • Holds a Business and Computing degree, or a similar IT qualification.

What will you do…

  • Monitoring and reporting on fraud patterns in deposit behavior of customer accounts
