Customer Support Agent (German Speaking)

What will you do…

  • Show first class customer experience to all customers.
  • Answer customer queries for all our gaming services, via email, chat and telephone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the technical department to solve customer problems, improve systems and processes.
  • Work closely with the Payments and Fraud team to resolve customer related issues.
  • Build and share your expertise on our sportsbook and casino brands and services, provide information to our customers on new offers, services and campaigns and help build customer loyalty.
  • Able to work flexible hours (weekends and evening shifts).

What we need from you…

  • Fluency in native-level German, both written and spoken. Excellent command of the English language and communication skills.
  • Experience in high volume customer service skills, ability to multi-task.
  • Experience in customer service / call centre environment, ideally in the remote gaming industry.
  • Willingness to learn, grow in the gaming industry, and contribute with ideas to make continuous improvements.
  • Have an analytical approach to problem solving and resolving complex customer issues.
  • Familiar with computer office tools, ticketing systems, CRM, telephony and chat applications.

Business Analyst

United Game Tech is looking for a Business Analyst within the Engineering department, who will be responsible for analysing, assessing and scoping business requirements, processes, system enhancements and innovative solutions for the company’s current and new iGaming markets.

What will you do…

  • Gather and analyse the high-level requirements from the key stakeholders of the company.
  • Discuss and document the detailed-level requirements with the architects, analysts, developers and project managers to assess the complexity, feasibility, resource needs and delivery timelines.
  • Communicate and finalise the detailed-level requirements with the product owners, program managers, project managers and key stakeholders of the company to define the scope of the solution.
  • Document the business processes and use cases of the company’s product line.
  • Recommend optimisations and improvements to the organisation’s current business processes.
  • Act as the liaison between the Engineering department and the rest of the organisation.
  • Help in the resolution of conflicts to ensure the solution satisfies the expectations of the key stakeholders and product owners.
  • Ensure that the current and proposed solutions comply with the risk, security, regulatory compliance and operational requirements by liaising with the respective experts or assigned officers.

What we need from you…

  • A minimum of 4 years experience as a business analyst or similar role.
  • Holds a Business and Computing degree, or a similar IT qualification.
  • Used to working in an agile, startup environment where requirements have to adapt to changing business requirements.
  • Comfortable with working under pressure and liaising with different stakeholders.
  • A communicator, capable understanding different points of view and bringing them to a consensus to agree on a common way forward.
  • Analytical and logical, capable of designing detailed business processes that support all the different use cases.

  • Sufficient understanding of technical solutions, especially web-based systems, in order to assess the high-level feasibility of business requirements.
  • Familiar with the software development lifecycle and methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Knowledge of the iGaming and betting industry is a plus.
  • Excellent command of English is a must, knowledge of German is a plus.

Fraud, Risk, Payments and Responsible Gaming Manager

What will you do…

  • Monitoring and reporting on fraud patterns in deposit behavior of customer accounts
  • Monitoring and reporting on payment performances, reduce charge-backs, fraud and bonus abuse
  • Develop and implement process and procedures to mitigate fraud and financial loss related to payment processing activities
  • Advising on new measures and processes to put in place to prevent and reduce fraud, advise on fraud tooling setup
  • Working closely with Customer Support and support the Legal and Compliance team with licensing requirements for gaming authorities
  • Working closely with the Development team to ensure fraud rules adhere to the company guidelines and industry compliance requirements
  • Handle risk-related duties namely Anti-Money Laundering and Responsible Gaming
  • Align risk, fraud and payments strategy with company strategy, prioritising for short and long terms planning
  • Reviewing and approving client pay-outs
  • Recommend continuous improvements in payments and anti-fraud products, adopt highly innovative and cutting edge payments and anti-fraud functionality
  • Manage, lead and appraise Payments and Fraud team members
  • Recruit, develop and train employees, manage daily operations and work-schedules of team members
